Shuttle or stacker crane: which fits my building?+
Shuttles travel inside the rack, change lanes and use lifters to reach other levels. Cranes travel along an aisle and serve racks on both sides. Shuttles suit dense storage and varied building shapes. Cranes suit tall, regular buildings. Send your floor plan and pallet flow. We will propose the right fit.
Can the shuttle run in a freezer?+
Yes. It is rated from -25 °C to +45 °C. Robots handle the storage moves so your team can work outside the cold room.
Will it fit our pallets?+
It handles pallets from 1,000 to 1,600 mm wide and 800 to 1,200 mm deep, up to 1,500 kg (3,300 lb). Share your pallet size and load weight so we can check the fit.
What happens if a pallet fails the inbound checks?+
Each pallet is scanned, weighed and size-checked. A pallet that fails is rejected before it enters the rack.
